- Notarisation of Documents: We can notarize a wide range of documents, including affidavits, contracts, powers of attorney, wills, and more. We will ensure that the document is properly signed, witnessed, and sealed with our official notarial seal.
- Apostille (Hague) Legalisation: Legalising a document means that official (public) documents executed within South Africa for use outside of South Africa are affixed, sealed and signed with an Apostille Certificate (if the destination country is a signatory of the Hague Apostille Convention). Once we receive the document it is notarized in order to obtain the Apostille from the High Court. The legitimacy and accuracy of the documents submitted is the sole responsibility of the document owner. This notarial certificate does not confirm the authenticity of the document being apostilled. Verification of the validity of the documents is the responsibility of the authority you are presenting the documents to.
- Authentication and Legalization of Documents: If you have a document that needs to be used abroad, we can authenticate and legalize it for use in the foreign jurisdiction if the country is not signatory of the Hague Apostille Convention.
- Certification of Copies: We can certify copies of original documents, including passports, academic qualifications, and other legal documents. We will ensure that the copy is a true and accurate representation of the original document and is properly certified.
- Witnessing Signatures: We can witness signatures on legal documents, including contracts, wills, and powers of attorney. We will ensure that the signature is properly executed and witnessed, and that all legal requirements are met.
